HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services/Oracle*

Then, please Reboot the System.

Step 3: Delete the following Oracle* folders and files if it exists.

  • C:\Oracle or ORACLE_BASE
  • C:\Program Files\Oracle
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Oracle

Step 4: Empty %Temp% folder (example path is C:\Users\Susanto\AppData\Local\Temp) and also empty the Recycle Bin folder.
